Founded in 1994 by Richard Klindtworth in Scio, Oregon, the original Klindtworth Roofing company built a strong reputation for quality and integrity. Over time, the business evolved into Dakota Roofing, led by Richard and his son, Jacob. In 2021, Jacob relocated the company’s base of operations to Salem to better serve clients throughout the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas.

Today, Dakota Roofing continues that tradition, offering high-quality commercial and residential roofing with a focus on value, transparency, and customer care. Under Jacob’s leadership, our team is committed to providing reliable, affordable roofing solutions and clear communication every step of the way for homeowners across Oregon.
